"This is a great looking plane and it flies great too with the Gyro on (Beginner Mode Or Mid Mode) but once you switch it to Expert Mode (turning the Gyro off), the plane is too hard to control. It would be better if ExHobby would start including a Stabilizer to work with the Gyro, like Spektrum's AS3X which would help make these micro planes more stable in windy conditions and better flyers overall."

I fly spektrum radios, if I buy the plane with no radio and batteries, will I be able to use my spektrum transmitter ?
The receiver does not work with Spectrum radios directly. But the receiver support to plug the Spectrum satellite receiver to make it work with Spectrum radios.
Would any of the transmitters from the brushed 400mm Volantex Warbirds work with the brushless 500mm PNP version?
Yes, the Radio from the 4CH brushed 400mm VolantexRC Mico Warbirds series will also work with the 500mm Brushless P51. But the Radio from the 3CH airplanes would not work with it.
What transmitters are compatible with the 500mm brushless mustang receiver? Regards, Chuck
The VolantexRC Micro plane series remote control can work with this. If you haven’t purchased our airplane before. We recommend you can purchase the RTF version.
