"Boat is fast and seaworthy. One of 2 battery packs took about 9 hrs to come to a full charge (3 hrs on times 3 tries), but seems fine now. I contacted customer service after the first failed attempts, but never heard back. Manual describes different colored and blinking lights on the charger than what my charger does. So 5 stars for the boat, 3 for the batteries and manual. Customer service 👎👎"

We’ve been trying to resolve the issue with Exhobby, but it has been a nightmare dealing with them. They have not offered any support—no replacement parts and no exchange.
