We also ship products to Unite Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherland, Sweden, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines from our China warehouse.

FREE Shipping for orders with a total of $79 or more in the Contiguous 48 States (Continental United States). As a great perk for our customers in the continental United States, when your order total reaches $79 or exceeds it, you'll enjoy complimentary shipping service right here at our store. We usually ship the packages via UPS or USPS.

Our shipping policy is straightforward. There are no hidden clauses, no exceptions. Once your order meets the $79 threshold, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. While some other online stores may claim to offer free shipping, a closer look at their policies often reveals numerous exceptions that can deny you the discounted shipping.

Here at EXHOBBY, it's simple - any product can be shipped for free within the contiguous 48 United States as long as your order total is $79 or more.

Shipping Time

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

All items sold at EXHOBBY are guaranteed to be delivered in 30 days.

If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3.Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;

4.Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond EXhobby's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

Missing Or Damaged Shipments

Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number of boxes received.  Additionally, orders shipping from different warehouses may arrive on different days.

Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.
